Nicholas Hoult

Nicholas Caradoc Hoult (; born 7 December 1989) is an English actor. He has received numerous accolades, including a nomination for a British Academy Film Award, two Golden Globe nominations, and a Primetime Emmy Award nomination.

Hoult began acting at the age of three, making his film debut in ''Intimate Relations'' (1996). He first gained critical attention at the age of 11 for his performance as Marcus in ''About a Boy'' (2002), which established him as a promising young talent in British cinema. At 17, he earned international recognition for his role as Tony Stonem in the British television series ''Skins'' (2007–2008), a performance that helped him transition from a child star to an actor capable of portraying complex, darker characters.
