Pavel Keller

Pavel Fyodorovich Keller (; 21 May [2 June] 1883 – 17 June 1980) was an officer of the Imperial Russian Navy (submariner, ''Captain 1st rank'') and of the Romanian Land Forces (intelligence colonel). He participated in the Russo-Japanese War, World War I, the Russian Civil War on the White side, and World War II on the side of the Kingdom of Romania. He was later repressed in the Soviet Union and, after his release, emigrated to France and later to West Germany. Provided by Wikipedia
