Rowan D. Wilson

Rowan D. Wilson (born September 3, 1960) is an American judge who has served as a judge of the New York Court of Appeals since 2017 and as chief judge of that court since 2023. He is the first African-American to serve as chief judge of the New York Court of Appeals. Provided by Wikipedia
