Cheng Tien-hsi

Cheng Tien-hsi (''Who's Who in China'' 3rd ed., 1925) Cheng Tien-hsi (; 10 July 1884 – 31 January 1970) was a Chinese author, jurist, and the last ambassador of the Republic of China to the United Kingdom.
