Jiří Levý

Jiří Levý (; 1926–1967) was a Czech literary theoretician, literary historian and translation theoretician. Levý's work was crucial for the development of translation theory in Czechoslovakia and it has subsequently influenced scholars internationally. Provided by Wikipedia
