Anton Schindling
Anton Schindling (20 January 1947 in Frankfurt - 4 January 2020 in Tübingen) was a German historian. He held chairs at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt (1985–1987), the University of Osnabrück (1987–1995) and the University of Tübingen (1995–2015).
