Józef Biss

Józef Biss (pseudonym: Wacław, July 24, 1913 – September 30, 1977) was a Polish military officer, serving as a ''podporucznik'' (second lieutenant) of the Polish Army. From spring of 1944, he commanded a company within the 26th regiment of the Home Army. He was the commander of the unit which carried out the Pawłokoma massacre. Provided by Wikipedia
